Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and YERO (“YERO”, “we”) for the use of the YERO website and the YERO Chrome extension (together, “the service”). By creating an account you accept them.

1. What YERO does

YERO helps Teachers Pay Teachers sellers research niches and produce printable resources: book plans, page texts, image prompts, images, PDF files, export folders and listings. The work is done in your browser by the YERO extension, using your own ChatGPT account. YERO does not provide ChatGPT access and is not affiliated with OpenAI or with Teachers Pay Teachers.

2. Your ChatGPT account

  • You need your own ChatGPT account; a paid ChatGPT plan is recommended. Its limits (messages, images) are set by OpenAI, not by YERO.
  • The extension types requests into your ChatGPT tab for you. You are responsible for using your ChatGPT account in line with OpenAI’s terms. We are not responsible for limits, suspensions or changes decided by OpenAI.
  • If ChatGPT changes its website, the extension may stop working for a while until we adapt it. Paused days are not counted as a fault on our side, but tell us: see the refund policy.

3. Your account

  • One account per person. Keep your password private. You can use your account on 2 computers at the same time; signing in on another computer signs out the one used least recently.
  • Reselling or sharing an account with other people is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that do it, or that abuse the service, without refund.

4. Plans, limits and payment

  • Free allows a limited number of books per week. Plus and Pro allow more books per day, for the period you buy (for example 1 week, 1 month or 3 months). Current limits and prices are shown on the pricing page.
  • A book counts once, when its plan is written. Rewrites, new images, checks, listings and exports of that book do not count again.
  • Payment is made once, by the method shown when you order (for example a bank or cash transfer). There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Your plan starts when we confirm your payment (or when you activate a code) and ends after the period bought; you then go back to Free and keep everything you made.
  • Buying again before the end adds the new days to the current period. Activation codes are single-use and personal; a code you received may have an activation deadline.
  • We may change prices and limits for future purchases. A period already paid keeps its plan until it ends.

5. Your content

You own what you create with YERO: books, pages, images and listings. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish it, for its accuracy and suitability for children, and for respecting the rules of the marketplaces you sell on and the rights of others (trademarks, characters, copyrighted works).

6. Acceptable use

Do not use YERO to create illegal, misleading or infringing products, to copy other sellers’ work, to overload or scrape websites beyond normal use, or to try to access other accounts, our server or the texts that YERO builds for each request.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep YERO available and correct, but the service is provided “as is”. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost sales or indirect damages.

8. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we stop the service, we will refund the unused days of paid periods.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the extension or by email. Questions: contact us through the contact details shown on the website.
