What we collect
- Your account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), plan and its end date, and — if you give it — your WhatsApp number.
- Your computers: for each computer where the extension is signed in, a random installation id, a name such as “Chrome on Mac”, the extension version and when it was last used.
- Usage counters: number of books started, requests, images and errors per day, and simple progress numbers (projects, books, images, listings) reported by the extension. For each book started we keep its niche name and number of pages, to count books against your plan.
- Orders and codes: the plans you ordered, their price and status, and the codes activated on your account.
- Security logs: sign-ins, code attempts and similar events, with the date.
What stays on your computer
Your projects, book pages, images, PDFs and listings are stored in your browser by the extension, not on our server. To build each ChatGPT request, the extension sends the server the context of the current step (for example the niche, the grade or the list of pages); the server uses it to build the text and does not keep it, except what is listed above. Your ChatGPT conversations stay in your ChatGPT account; we never receive your ChatGPT password.
Why
- To run your account, apply your plan’s limits, activate what you paid for and keep the service secure (this is needed to provide the service).
- To answer you and tell you about your orders, plan end dates and important changes.
- To understand, in aggregate, how YERO is used and fix problems.
Who else processes it
Our hosting provider (server and database), our email provider if you receive emails from us, and WhatsApp when you choose to write to us there. They only process data to provide their service to us.
Cookies
The website uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage for display preferences. The extension stores its sign-in token and your projects in Chrome’s extension storage. No advertising or analytics cookies.
How long
Account data is kept while your account exists. Activity logs are deleted after 180 days. Order and payment records may be kept longer when the law requires it for accounting. When you delete your account, your account, computers, orders and history are deleted; anonymous totals may remain.
Your rights
You can see and change your account information in Settings, sign out every computer, and delete your account at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, or object to a use of your data, by contacting us through the contact details shown on the website. If you are in Morocco, the law 09-08 and the CNDP apply; in the European Union, the GDPR.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, activation codes are stored hashed and encrypted, and every sign-in is tied to a computer. Changing your password signs out every other session.

We will update this page if our practices change, and tell you about important changes.
